Smoked Deviled Eggs
A blend of apple and cherry wood lend a subtle smoky flavor to a classic party dish.
- 12 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Molten Gold
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Sparks Dry Rub (or paprika) To taste
Hard boil eggs, place back in refrigerator overnight.
Set smoker to "Cold", fill with 50/50 cherry/apple wood mix.
Shell eggs, then place on smoker. Make sure eggs are not touching when placing on grate. Smoke for 30 minutes.
Once eggs are done, slice in half and remove yolk; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, Molten Gold, and egg yolks, mix until creamy. Fill egg whites (A sandwich bag with one corner removed or piping bag is ideal).
Garnish with Sparks (or paprika). Enjoy!
